What's involved with installing this piece? Any clues?

The reason I decided to go this route instead of the DDM brace is two fold. First, this brace (supposedly) has harder rubber in it where the diff bolts too and secondly because my custom exhaust interferes with the DDM brace. Most exhaust systems don't interfere, but mine is a little different.
