I have the Eibach Pro-kit drops it 1.3 all around with 19" rims tires 245x40 up front and 275x35 in the rear love it. I wouldn't worry about rubbing, I'd be more concerned with bottoming out. I also found after a couple of months it seems to have drop a bit more.
It also depends on how agreesive a look your are looking for.
