I saw that as well. However, Steve Wynveen posted on sccaforums.com that there may have been some errors in what was "approved" as some items were NOT recommended for acceptance. He referred to items 8,9, and "some others". Steve also expressed the belief that all WOULD be as printed, but there would have to be some corrective actions taken.
