I didn't think so either until I did a search for "redline". It's here @ http://www.scca.com/documents/Fastra...strack-oct.pdf . On page three there starts "New Business". Scroll down to Item 25 on page 6. Ta da !!!!!!!!! There has been some discussion on sccaforums.com that these changes only become official the first day of the month it is titled for, and also that there were some errors that will be corrected. Apparently the errors are items 8 & 9. SO it looks like it is about a done deal. I know there will be at least one more B/SP at the 2009 Nats, and if Dr. Jones makes the trip there will be two for sure!!!
