Realistically you BETTER use longer studs with spacers. There are 7 turns to full torque on the stock wheels which is little more than 1/2". With 3/16" spacers there would only be 3-4 turns which really is not enough. The APR studs are p/n 100-7702 and the lug nuts are readily available. Buy GOOD ones so they will tolerate repeated use and a deep 19mm socket.
