Front fender question.

So I was test driving a Solstice, because I've been looking for one... and the only problem I noticed was that the left front fender was popped out / misaligned about 1/2 inch where it meets the door.

It looked like crap, and I wondered if there was an accident... then I heard that the front fenders need to come off for maintenance, etc.

Is this normal? Is this something I can fix? Or, for that matter, is this something they would fix under warranty?

Thanks.

I've still been fighting wind noise issues on my 06 solstice (1st 1k model). The last couple days I've noticed even more noise than normal on bumpy roads coming from near my left ear. The wind noise has been there since I bought the car, but now I'm actually getting a rubbing/scratching noise, and I noticed today that the pillar does not seem very secure when the top is latched, as in I can wiggle it pretty easily. Anyone have a suggestion for fixing this?
Thanks,

after the pinon seal recall replacement the diff made a low speed howling sound (30-35mph) and they said put 250 or so miles on it and if it did not stop they would replace the diff. well,it has gotten worse so i called and the tech said it would take about aweek to get one in and would call me to make apointment . so i hope this stops the problems
