DDMWorks - Super Sale - Original Powdercoated Race Backbones $124, Street $89
We talked with our fabricator and came up with a crazy price for the backbones, we are running the largest batch we have ever ran and were able to get the prices for the backbones really, really low on this batch. These are the same backbones that we have been selling in the past, made from 6061-T6 aluminum and unlike other braces, ours is powdercoated red to keep them looking good for the life of your car
1/4" Street Backbone - $89
3/8" Race Backbone - $124

Your backbone came to my mind around 5:30pm today as I swerved to avoid a blind driver who cut me off then swerved again to avoid hitting another car. Although the wheels stayed true, the body flexed like a rolling boat.
I'll place my order tonight. Thanks.

Amelia Clunkenquiet - she's cool and she made history.
Another vendor came in with a price of $130.00 for the brace and now DDM is lowering their prices to a more reasonable rate. The new vendor (Mamich Performance Products) is on the Kappa performance forum.
i hope they help me out because i still have huge dollars to invest with them.....
otherwise i will find alternatives
I do understand your predicament - but using the standard business model here and Best Buy as an example - if you were to purchase a TV from Best Buy and then 2 weeks later it went on sale, they would not provide you a refund on the difference in pricing. If however, that sale were to occur within a couple days - then yes, the sale price should be applied to the purchase.
IMHO if I had purchased this product a couple of weeks back .. I would not consider asking for a refund of the difference in pricing, I would simply consider it bad timing.
Fortunately for me I was going to order mine this week anyway ..
