I do a order 3 weeks ago and nobody send me anything, i send 3 mails to dave, without answer... are there any problem? i am waiting 3 weeks to any new.
the 31 of march i do a order, and nobody answer my emails, and if i put my track number in USPS, said this since 03-31-09
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 13, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
Dave don,t answer my emails, are there any problems with my bacbone?
Having a hard time figuring out what shipping charges would be. I went to DDM's website and it looks like you actually have to submit your order with credit card information before the shipping price gets calculated.
Unless I'm missing something and UPS Ground is free?
Can anyone who has ordered this let me know what shipping charges were for you?

Ivy and myself have both sent you a couple emails with no replies, and you may want to check your spam folder as sometimes it filters out our emails. We have your backbone here packed up and ready to ship, but we have had difficulties with the card number you gave us. Also your private message box is full and we can not PM you.
By the way, had the lovely Miss Ivy fix the shipping calculator on the site, so it is back up and happy also
