These look great, and what a price! I was just wondering if we have any pictures from other angels, and maybe a close up of the components? Perhaps a link that can be provided that shows them?

I like them a lot, but I need to see things from all angles before I can decide

How hard are they to install?

Has anyone installed these? How hard would they be with normal tools? How long would it take?

I am very intested...very, very interested.

Several people on the forum have these. MadMods, One of the Hudd brothers, etc...

Maybe MadMods will elaborate...

Just an FYI for everyone I am a 40% maybe. I am currently ordering new wheels for my Sol, so this will really stretch me. I am really thinking about it though.

I know this might be a thread jack but had a question, I was looking at that VDI picture http://www.verticaldoors.com/_produc...968image_8.jpg
and it looks like he colored his stock rims black then painted the lip yellow. My question is can this be done to the stock chrome rims or is it better to buy the painted regular rims and do it to them? And does anyone know approximately how much it would cost to have them powder coated like that and the lip painted to? Just asking for a figure so I know what to look for and not be overcharged. thanks and sorry for the thread jack.

I looked closely at HUDD's, Open your hood, look down at the quartpanel and you will see three bolts on the top. The aft bolt is removed and the about 2 inches of the tab is cut away. The aft bolt will not be used. The VDi hinge and piston will protrude up at that point. The top bolt on the VDi hinge will bump against the hood, when the hood in the closed position. That location has to be marked and a small rectangle area cut out of the inner layer of the hood. The one on HUDD's was about 1 inch x 3/4 holes. None of the modifications can be detected once the install is completed and the everything is closed.

I have some pictures I at the SEM meet, I'll try to post tonight.

Thanks Nick. That means I just have to go on a diet and lose 30lbs and I will be equal.
