My question is can this be done to the stock chrome rims or is it better to buy the painted regular rims and do it to them? And does anyone know approximately how much it would cost to have them powder coated like that and the lip painted to? Just asking for a figure so I know what to look for and not be overcharged. thanks and sorry for the thread jack.
I would just check with your local powdercoater, talk to a couple of them and you should get a pretty good idea if any one is trying to take you for a ride. You are probably looking at a couple hundred to have it done though.

Hope that helps!

I'm sure the original hinges may shed a few punds off that. 3-4 perhaps, so you diet won't have to be all that long.

Just do an awesome Colon Cleanse. Everyone has an estimated 4-20 lbs of....."junk" stuck in there I can even provide the product lol (own a supplement store).

And this goes for everyone! Do a color cleanse, you'll be amazed how great you'll feel and the extra energy you'll have.

k k time to stay on topic :P

Can the vertical doors be ordered in the same color to match your car or do they need to be painted?

There is no painting involved. The kit is basically new hinges (powdercoated black) bolted to your doors

Critter, Joe and I are going to install two sets (his and mine) this Friday (That is if they can be delivered by Thursday). Deep should be an expert by the time we get to your car.

I figure it will take 4 hours to do one hinge and 2 hours to do the other three. ( We will know what we are doing, by the last one at least).

I know Joe will post pictures and times for the whole thing by Sat.

Chuck

(Also Joe installed my woodgrain dash this morning) it looks great.

Chuck

Dang, I just got back from an international trip and I see this group buy deal. The week before I left I was considering those doors, but now the cash has been spent elsewhere. Murphy's Law strikes again!
