Crazy LS7 build

Okay, so we are about to begin an insane LS7 build on a Solstice here at the shop which should shatter our previous top dyno plots in a big fashion. We will be posting up details and pictures as the build progresses.

So my question is this - Is there anyone out there who wants to build the most powerful turbo based 2.0 or 2.4L Solstice/SKY? If so let me know - we want to build it! We want to continue to break our own dyno records but want to do it with a 4cyl this time!

Time to get serious folks!

let me ask you a couple of questions;

do you think the 2.4 has more potential or the 2.0?

Currently the 2.4L has a lot more options available to make good power. The 2.0 will have more potential once the aftermarket has fully resolved the current tuning issues with the ECM.

The guys doing turbo upgrades to the 2.0 are just wasting their time, I mean how can you extract full potential out of a bigger turbo when you haven't evne fully conquered the ecm yet???

dave, you might think to change the title of this thread, it's decieving and you're not gonna get the readers you want clicking on the link

thanx for the info by the way

oh

why isn't there a piggy back ecu for the gxp instead of trying to crack the existing?

seems to me a far simpler choice

This would obviously include improving the internal components of the engine, and to some extend the drive train right?

Share with me what you have in mind....
