We designed it to be used with the stock piping or aftermarket as you see in the pics we made an adapter pipe to bolt right up with no problems.

As for our car we are using stock intercooler piping/TIAL BOV with our Race FMIC .

Let me ask this question:
Can the ECM be send to you and a tune put on it with either the $2999.00 or the $3049.00
I tell you to go up to 26psi max with the tune.
How much will this run and what RWHP and torque can be had with this setup.?.
How much extra for the AEM Tru-Boost Boost controller?.
Thanks in advance.

Latin Venom,

To hopefully help answer some of your questions -

We can certainly tune your ECM for you to the same specs that we are using which is set for 93 Octane fuel. The charge for this would be $350.00. Here is the link to our website product page - SOL/SKY 2.0T ECM Re-Flash

Hp and tq I cant exactly say where you would be, we have seen mixed results depending on what your exact setup is. I can say that our turbo kit will support up to 460whp althought I believe the factory fuel system will limit you to around 400whp.

The AEM Tru-Boost is $289.99 and is available here - AEM Tru-Boost

Good to finally see some real HP numbers from the 2.0 folks. Should get real interesting now.
Tony,

Yes it should definately start to get good now, While I like the higher RPM pull with the 2.0T and our turbo setup, I still like the low end grunt that the 2.4 engine has. We may have to look into stroking the 2.0T!

Speaking of displacement I heard you saw Gary's Green LS3 Hotcam SKY that we built, what did you think?

You will notice we addressed a few things from our initial 2.4L turbo kit with this kit.

1) Wastegate Location - We re-located the external wastegate to the lower engine area to both give it a more even exhaust charge as well as greater serviceability on the top end. The new location of the wastegate will provide for future wastegate dump options one of which is being dumped back into the exhaust system.

2) Hood clearance - A big complaint of our first 2.4L kit is that the silicone couplers would rub on the hood in some instances wearing away the underliner. That problem is now gone as we have designed this setup to bolt to the factory IC pipe locations allowing the user to run either stock IC pipes or most any aftermarket ones. In addition this kit allows you to use either your stock airbox or any aftermarket cold air intake such as the one we offer. We simply trimmed about 3" off the end and it bolted right on!

That was a beautiful ride my friend. I have to say you guys outdid yourselves with that one. It made me think about a V8 after I wear out this 2.4

Dave,
I am not looking for any thing past 375 RWHP, I would be content with 355 RWHP since that would give me the BHP of the new LS3 at 430 BHP, on a 4 cylinder car on 93 pump gas.
The part I would need to upgrade would be the IC, to get to those numbers.
I already have the exhaust done, will be leaving the stock IC pipes and Air Filter with the K&N in it.
Can you package it for $3500.00 with the $3049.00 plus the tune and AEM controller and guaranty the 355 RWHP minimum with a potential of 375 RWHP?.

Also what type of turbo, is it a Garret or another manufacturer?.
Please some Dyno sheets when you get a chance, with a description of what components made the power.
Thanks

The turbo is a Precision Turbo with a .48 T3 based exhaust side. The power making components consist of the manifold, turbo, exhaust, intake and intercooler. Compare the runners on our manifold to the stock and you will be amazed! The stock gets so small in 1 area I could hardly get my 2 fingers to come back out, and I have really small hands!

The manifold piping is pretty standard 1 7/8" schedule 10 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 1/8" Fully tig welded in house and warranted for life against cracking. The turbine wheel is 57mm

I finally got a chance to flog the GXP last night for a while around the Chicago area and I have to say - Holy ****!!!! This thing is an absolute monster! First gear is pretty much useless but when the turbo kicks in in second gear and into third it absolutely destroys our 275/30/19 Conti rear tires and then pins me to the back of the seat all the way to redline! I think we need to add in some water/meth and see what we can do next!
