In conjunction with BSR, the Stage II continues through the development phase. We are still confident for an early 2008 release.

If you'd like to be kept posted, email sales@turbosystem.com and ask to be added to our update list!

Does the stage II use a larger (replacement) turbocharger?

Is there a new tune coming out soon for the BSR? Or an update for those of us that have the current (November) version of the BSR?

Stage II will be for upgraded exhausts and intakes.

Stage III will accomodate upgraded turbochargers.

The Stage II and III tunes will be made available to those who have purchased the Hahn/BSR PPC Tuner with a Stage I tune.

I'm ready for the Stage II, hopefully it will be here before I start going on runs this year. Stage III does look interesting though, I'll be interested to see what the details are on that one, when everything is ready.

That's what we coyly refer to as a 'range' of time. The very concept of 'exactly' cannot be considered in a case such as this, a case regarding new development of previously unexplored regions.

It's all Vulcanian logic, you see...

'Boost long and prosper!'

All kidding aside, we're working feverishly on this! In order for it to be as effective as the initial release of Stage I, there's considerable development required.

As this remains cutting-edge technology that's not been seen before in the North American market, the engineering is time-consuming, and impossible to predict in terms of 'completion' date. I am confident that the end result will be well worth the wait!

Am I reading your post #4 correctly ? Are you saying that the ONLY way to get the Stage 2 tune is to have previously bought the Stage 1 tune?

Not at all! While those who have purchased Stage I tunes will also be able to upgrade to Stages II and above, one can start at Stage II (or any other Stage) if one likes.

Another way to illustrate the product is like this: When you purchase a Hahn/BSR PPC Tuner, you are actually purchasing two items: Hardware and Software.

The Hardware is the Tuner itself, the physical electronic box that one connects to the vehicle to upload tunes, or to remove the tune and revert to stock. Of course, the PPC Tuner box need only be connected during such programming.

The Sofware is the Tune, which to date has been the Stage I Tune.

Once one has the Hardware, one can load subsequently available Software Stage Upgrades to their car for a fee that is less than the initial Hardware/Software purchase (in such a case, you are only purchasing Software).

In any case, refinements to an existing Stage software package are always made available to PPC users at no charge. Occasionally, we make refinements to the existing programs, and offer such refinements to customers free of charge.

Development continues. We've made great progress, but we are adamant that we want this Stage II release to be as spectacularly successful as the Stage I, and so far, we just aren't fully satisfied that the power increases seen are the best we can do.

As the most experienced companies in Ecotec Turbos and Bosch-controlled Direct Injection are on the case here, expect nothing less than the best.
