   reBAR - sub-frame reinforcement is HERE

We are excited to offer a new product for the Solstice and Sky, in stock, and ready to ship on Monday. We spent a lot of time on R&D for this product to help maintain better neutrality and increase the handling of your kappa roadster.

Less flex = better performance. During aggressive driving your Kappa car will experience rear chassis flex, which negatively affects handling. Our reBAR reinforces a weak point in the rear sub-frame to better maintain the shape and performance of your roadster. Special introductory price of $175.

Rear Chassis Flex Reduction

* Brace strengthens chassis integrity.
* Better suspension control and driving performance.
* Reduces long term squeaks and rattles.

Easy Installation

* No permanent alteration to your car body.
* Bar stays behind the valence.
* Easily DIY – installation instructions provided.
o Just 8 bolts, 13mm socket and a ratchet.

Durable Quality

* Hand MIG welded in USA.
* Designed to handle the demands of both daily and aggressive driving.
* Powder coated red to protect the bar and give it a great look.

Model Compatibility

* Sky and Redline
* Solstice and GXP
* Will fit certain aftermarket exhausts including 3" systems.

Our introductory price for the reBAR is $175.
You can order it here

We test fit this on a Redline with a Magnaflow system. I dont know if its been on a GXP with Magnaflow yet. Depends on how much it sits lower then the stock exhaust.

Yes we can get you some better pictures, the pictures we took for the installation directions are really clear, but I dont have access to them from home. I will be at a track day tomorrow, but hopefully Abel will see this and post them up Monday.

The installation directions are not online, there are 4 bolts on each side of the car on the lower subframe that you remove, put the bar in place, and tighten the bolts back in place. It was very easy to install, you just need a 13mm wrench.

I will have to check on the exact thickness of the bar, but yes it is hallow.

I have a Solo Street Race exhaust and a Curt hitch on my GXP. The bar doesn't attach where the hitch is mounted, does it? Can the bar still be mounted while the hitch is mounted?

Can we get it in black?? I'm not very keen on the red. I would love to see a pic where it physically bolts on too, as I am curious if it will work with my car. I had a custom exhaust guy build my exhaust and I have a trailer hitch too.

I wouldn't think this would give you any added benefit if you have the hitch installed. Afterall, the hitch is already tied into the frame rails on both sides.

While I agree with you mainly.. from the picture is does stand out a bit... being red under the car and all. Black would disappear, just like the Curt hitch does.

Your probably right, however, I unbolt my hitch when I am not using it. The only time I will use my hitch is for long trips and when I want to pull my motorcycle trailer. So, this would benefit me when the hitch isn't on.

We debated between red and black. Honestly its came out great powder coated red and looks really cool peaking out under the car. You can only see this if you get down low and look under the car or if you are in a car traveling 100 ft or so behind the car. This is a performance suspension bar so there is more reason for it to stand out then a trailer hitch which you want to blend in as much as possible.

I dont know exactly where the trailer hitch bolts in, but we can look into that to make sure you know before purchasing the reBAR. I will have more pictures of the mounting location for you all soon. Abel will hopefully post these tomorrow or I will when I get back in the office on Tuesday.

Thanks for all the interest. If we can clear out all our current stock then we can look into a second color for the next batch. BUT we do have a lot of these bars so that might take a while.
