Red What other color is there? I don't think I would have considered it if it was black....but I'm a bit biased to Red Things Order just placed.

Ditto here.

I have some red bricks for sale!

Just kidding. I hear ya, I like red stuff too, but the funny part is that red is not even my favorite color, green is. But every car I've ever had has been red.

Brandon,
Obviously this bar mounts up using the existing suspension bolts/location. Do your instructions include the OEM recommended torque spec. (or can somebody look that up in the Service Manual pls?)

My point was this is a performance option, and obviously very easy to paint before you install it, color should not be an issue THAT is irrelevant. Questions should be does it work, and is it hollow how does it install. I imagine it will be black very soon no matter what color it starts as. I actually like the red and have a Mean, if you could see it it would match with the tail light as posted. If it was black I would most likely paint it red like my engine cover air box and hoses under my hood.

I think red is about the only color for suspension mods no matter what you have. The hint of red under that car looks great.

If you look around most suspension mods are red. Who wants to install something and let it go unseen forever??

We need to know 2 things, one the thickness of the bar and since it is hollow what is the diameter of the hollow portion of the bar?.

Does this bar change the car's intrinsic tendancy towards understeer or oversteer in any way?

Sorry about the treadjack...

Wow.. you take yours off? It's a pain to get installed by yourself, and getting out the little rectangle washer type pieces is a pain... so I assume you loosen the nuts, remove the hitch, and tighten up the nuts again.

More power to you... and let us know if it fits with the hitch installed. I'm still not sure where this bolts up, can't wait for the pictures.

To answer some questions:

The center section is made of 0.120" HREW steel, 1.25" in diameter.
The reBAR weighs 6.05 lbs.
The reBAR is designed to help neutralize the car’s tendency to understeer in corners. Be aware that this bar will change your suspension's geometry and will take getting used to. With a neutral handling car it is much easier to get the rear end out (drifting) so be careful especially with wet tires. This bar might not be best suited for novice drivers. While your car might be more proned to oversteer, it will occur in a more predictable matter. This will also help you dial in your suspension settings to match your driving style (street, canyons, autocross, track) because with a stiffer suspension, you are taking more of the chassis flex out of the equation.

If someone with a trailer hitch could please send me some pictures of where it installs, I might be able to tell you if they are compatible together. brandon@kappasphere.com

Our reBAR was designed to fit with as many exhausts as possible. While it would be very hard to for us to test this on all OEM and aftermarket exhausts, if your exhaust follows a similar path as the factory exhaust, the reBAR should work. If you are unsure if the reBAR will fit your exhaust, feel free to order anyway, check the fitment and if it doesnt work just send it back and we will refund you. This way we can learn about any exhausts that it does not work with and update our website to reflect that.

Our exhaust has been tested on OEM exhaust, Magnaflow (or RK Sport), KS1, KS2.

As it looks by the installation instructions supplied by Cheers, the bar doesn't even attach to the frame, especially not where the hitch is mounted.

Anyone else come to the same conclusion after looking at those instructions?

I am not sure where the hitch is mounted on these cars. Our reBAR bolts directly to the lower rear sub-frame using the stock bolts.
