Carccessory.com Issues

I ordered a stubby antenna on January 27th, I have sent several emails to which have received no response from Carccessory.com. Has anyone else been treated like this from a supporting vendor?

I tried using the live-time customer support chat two days ago and the "person" insured that I would receive an email with the shipping information...still haven't received anything.

Does anyone have a phone number to talk to a real person?

Thanks, and sorry for the sharing my frustration.

I've bought two antennae from them in the past. In both cases, they arrived within a calendar week. I did not receive correspndence from them.

No. They came via USPS.

I've ordered 2 stubbies on separate occassions from them as well. No tracking number. They came USPS both times. Took about a week or so to get them. I can't remember if I received a confirmation e-mail from them or not.

Thanks, I just thought it was bizarre that they did not send a confirmation email. I'll wait for the mail.

I ordered one also from them and it took exactly one week. Be patient, it will come. I did not get any email regarding the shipping either.

Bad Experience with this Vendor

I had a very bad experience with Carccessory.com, and will never consider purchasing from them again.

I ordered a B series antenna - which was in unacceptable shape when it arrived. It appeared to be a used antenna, due to the scratches and gouges in the metal. On top of that - it was completely broken! The extension part of the antenna was defective - the treads were worn and the top of the antenna could not be screwed on!! I assume that this is the reason that it was returned to them the first time.

Carccessory.com refused to answer questions, they would send form letter responses and were extremely evasive in all of correspondences.

In addition, Carccessory.com sent someone else's order to me accidentally... They appeared to be upset with ME when I informed them and demanded that I mail it back to them immediately. They also sent out a shipping confirmation statement that was not true, my order was shipped out over a week after when stated that it was sent.

All of this could have easily been worked out to my satisfaction, however Carccessory absolutely refused to discuss any of these issues.

I'm stubborn with this type of idiocy an unethical behaviour, so I contacted my credit card company to have the charge reversed.

When my card company pulled the file, and told me that they would refund the money immediately without delay since this vendor had been flagged already for issues such as these.

It amazes me that in this current teetering recession that so many places still have terrible customer service. I've tried to spend some decent money on some mods for the solstice, but telephone calls, emails, both, multiple times with companies have resulted in at some point no followup response that causes my interest to die. I'm thinking that I will wait. Maybe in a recession they will respect my offer to give them money for something from them.

I have no experience with this company. I expect it would work out.

Good luck.
