Convertible Top Cover Pics....

Here's a look at the convertible top cover acquired for some added protection from the elements (especially this coming winter). Folds up and stores in a bag approx. 10" X 12". Stays in place with velcro ties around door handles, wiper arms, mirrors and tips of roof winglet thingys. Excellent construction. From a seller/maker on eBay as I understand.

Nice! Looks like mine, but a better color!

I do not have the center secured in the last photo.

I admire you guys. I am forced to use a 3 bedroom house with 3 car garage to cover my two Kappa tops. Your way is much more cost effective.

Nothing like kicking us while we are down.

The advantage I/we have is that a rock chip or bird crap wont make us cry like a little baby!

I used a CalPopTop all winter in Colorado, purchased on eBay. It's made of white Tyvek and did a great job of protecting the fabric, plus eliminated the need to scrape windows.

Exactly how I use mine. It is also some kind of Tyvek, and works well. I should use it now during pollen season too, but I am lazy!

I got the same top as Jackl. Had to have it in black. My logic for this purchase is as follows:

1) I live in a condo with wonderful underground parking. When the car is not stored for the winter it sometimes sits for a while parked in the underground. It can gather dust. My California duster takes care of the body. This will look after my roof.

2) I am Mr Tonneau. When I park overnight in a hotel covered parking lot I thought this would be an extra level of protection ....not from rain....more prying eyes!!! Once I get to it and see how it can work with Tonneau I will post pics.

The vendor was great. Asked him to make in black and he did. Ordered for me and Jackl and he combined shipping.
