Which ECM: Vector vs. PCMforLess

Hello. I have finally made some decisions and have upgraded my 2007 Aggressive Automatic NA. I already have the GM CAI and today purchased a SOLO mach exhaust system and their hi-flow CAT. Will be ordering Norm's custom fascia tomorrow. VERY EXCITED! However, now I am looking at an ECM retune. I plan on adding either a supercharger and headers OR a turbo next year. In the meantime, I am ready for a ECM retune. Any suggestions? Also, will one of them redue the retune when I add other mods including the above or at a reduced price? Any help very appreciated.

They are both good, take your pick. They are not the only one's out there either. Vector did my NA and I was very happy but someone else did my 6.0 litre Denali and they are now doing the Solstice as well. I have been very pleased with them too, they have done my son's truck as well. Been around a long time.

I just had mine done by PCMforless and I am happy with it. However, Alvin uses HP Tuner, and the last I heard, it couldn't retune an automatic. But don't take my word for it, check with PCMforless to be sure. And please let me know if I'm wrong.

If you want to get first hand knowledge on both tunes, check with 1KULSOL, he has two ECMs, one programmed by PCMforless and one by Vector.

I believe Vector will re-flash for free, PCMforless charges $50 a pop for a re-flash, but they are cheaper initially. So if you have all your mods in place and don't think you will need any re-programming later PCMforless can save you some money. As far as which one is better . I just had mine done by Vector and I'm very happy with the results .
