I was playing with the options, and I just found out there are only 152 Red Solstices in Mexico

"1 2007 SOLSTICE TURBO 2 DR CONVERTIBLE vehicles (0.011%) matching your exact options list. There are 1 (0.011%) with at least as many options."

Maybe I should rename the car Tigger like in Whinnie the Pooh? As in "the most wonderful thing about Tiggers, is that I'm the only one."

They've been saying the same thing for ages about mine, I don't think they will ever have the info.. I son't see how they can have it for some cars and not for others.

Sorry, rarity information is not yet available for your car. Please check back soon.

Anyone else made 2006-11-01 (2007 Redline)
I believe this was a cross over period as I have the doorlocks but I don't have a power driver seat on an otherwise loaded redline.

It doesn't list all the cars available. For example, they made 37 "Mean" Solstice Coupes (7 of which were pre-production), but the VIN Decoder only lists 33 of them being made.

In that case, could mine be a pre-production Sky?

I remember on my Carfax report that the initial owner was GM Corportation and it was listed as a corporate car in New Jersey before being sold and finding it's way to the first real owner in Idaho. Hmm.. interesting

Maybe, who knows? I'm not up on my Sky history, but I'd be certain there were pre-production models manufactured. In "Coupe-Land", the 102 pre-production coupes didn't have sequentially-numbered VIN's, like the other coupes. Also, I believe either they were all N/A's, or they all shipped with clear headlamp lenses. Something like that.

Consider this when you are checking the rarity. There are a few codes not directly related to the car such as destination codes and internal company codes that don't really have anything to do with the options. So if your search shows your car as a rare model, reduce the inquiry to include only options such as turbo, color, major options, etc.
