People have complained that www.mygmlink.com won't accept their VIN #. I put mine in a few days ago and it never took so today on their site I went to "Contact Us" and told them my VIN is not loaded. Within 4 hours of sending my email they contacted me back by email to say my VIN has been accepted and they apologized for the problem.

My car was also built in Feb. and bought in March. Last week I still could not get the system to accept the vin. I contacted them via email and got a response back within 2-3 hours saying they had entered my vin. Go figure.
Location: New Diff, so no leaks; Brake clunk back, engine toast, but who cares?

I think when I had the problem, I had the same issue, the contact link wasn't on every page-click on the Help link up top, the contact us is on that page

Could it be that registration must fail because of VIN error, for the help link to appear?
