People have complained that www.mygmlink.com won't accept their VIN #. I put mine in a few days ago and it never took so today on their site I went to "Contact Us" and told them my VIN is not loaded. Within 4 hours of sending my email they contacted me back by email to say my VIN has been accepted and they apologized for the problem.

I sent mine in twice and nothing no reply. I just asked them again.

It won't accept my VIN too. Where is the contact link?

The contact link is right on the MyGMLink web page. Look for "Contact Us".

It won't accept any vin #'s that are very recent, since they are not in their system yet. It takes several weeks before recognizing these vin #'s.

My car was built in Feb and it still doesn't accept the VIN

Vin

Interesting, since I received my car only 2 days ago and they accepted my VIN after emailing them.

My car was also built in Feb. and bought in March. Last week I still could not get the system to accept the vin. I contacted them via email and got a response back within 2-3 hours saying they had entered my vin. Go figure.

Just contacted them about mine, let's see how long it will take to get into the system.

EDIT: 10 minutes later (10:01 AM EST), my VIN has been added. Pretty good for a Saturday!

Same here, used the contact us link this morning. They replied fast and the number is in. Has been a bit of an exercise in frustration up to now.

I think they are watching me and messing with me! The help link is not there either. To show you what I'm seeing click on the picture below.

Could it be that registration must fail because of VIN error, for the help link to appear?
