HOLY CRAP XMM!!!!!! WOW!!!! That is unbelievable!! You know this is weird...Every now and then I catch my radio not coming on. Sunday night after I drove the car through the Festival of Lights and took pics, I started it up and the radio didn't come on for about 1 minute. No lights, no nothing. I hit the power button and nothing. Mikep was with me. I didn't think much of it, but I sure am thinking something of it right now!!

Hope this is repairable (it probably is...my friend's Escort caught on fire with much the same damage and it was fixed)! And I hope everything works out with the insurance company as well! Jeesh that is crazy!

What a great recovery! Perfect reactions to a potentially tragic outcome. So glad you could pass this story along with minimal harm. I don't think many would have come through so well.
