A Clubs link up top, perhaps shift the Calendar or Member Map to the top bar, and add a Clubs link, that would pull down and show all the Club short names with links to their sub-forum? (Like the Quick Links)
Search and Register are double listed so conceivable one instance each could be replaced with something else and the size of the toolbars would not change (at least in the version I view)

Ah- hadn't noticed that, but you are correct indeed! My vote would be to lose the Register in the second bar, and slide the clubs pull down into there somewhere.
