BTW: I saw a yellow one of these special edition cars a couple of months ago on a car carrier with other Solstices on its way out of Maryland going west.

Didn't know they came in any other color except red.

Oh and I don't like the stripping...kind of weird looking. I don't think it compliments the car at all.

Does anyone have pictures of the GXP version?

After getting several suggestions to do the 'supporting member guild' route with this, I think that's what I'll do. At some point, when I have more than one product, or if this decal should become extremely popular, (I can't see selling more than a couple dozen), I'll self police myself and inquire again about supporting vendor status.

Look for an announcement on where to buy these in the guild section of the forum in a little bit.

Thanks everyone.

Hal

EDIT:
Well, my new paypal account I set up wasn't funded, so the order to upgrade to supporting member isn't going to clear for 3-4 days. When it happens, I'll announce publicly in the guild section the website I set up for you to buy these.

I don't like the stripes at all but the seats kick ass. The side decals are nice.

I have lurked here for a while and finally took delivery of a T2. Anyone here know how I may find out what number my car is out of the 88 made. The only thing my dealer could give me is its build sheet.
Thanks

Fbirds,
Maybe Small Dealer can help you if you PM him your Vin #.
However your dealer should be able to do what he may have to do to find out.
Welcome to the forum, enjoy it.

The SCCA cars were not special numbered cars like the original First 1000 2006s or the upcoming 2009 Street Edition cars are said to be. So not sure what type of information would be available to figure out ones place in line.

Your first try should be Pontiac Customer Assistance.

Try the "Contact Us' link at Pontiac.com, make sure you include your VIN in the request.

Hey fbirds...Congrats on the car.

Can you tell me if your floor mats have any special embroidery or the standard GXP?

I like the seats, but the stripes and decals are not my taste.
