lets hope so.....all this apparently took place after his accident and subsequent release from the hospital.....and if he fact he is up and posting on other boards.......he should step foward and answer the mail here.......lets hope he does.....

It sounds like he just got out of the hospital. I would recommend pm'ing him again...

...still, if he was quick enough to cash the check, he should have been just as quick to ensure the part(s) were sent.

You never know when a health problem will crop up. I would wait to crucify him.

The only issue is that if he has been on the boards, and posting on other boards, then a phone call, email, PM, could definitely have been sent to avoid all of this.

did you tell him about this issue perhaps.......seems the ball is in his court at this point to make things right.....Im not wishing ill on him...and hope his recovery has come full circle now.....

it just seems to me....he needs to take action here soon to remedy the issue....he cashed the check....he told the person he would mail the side skirts that same week.....and now its been two months and still no word or any update what so ever....

I just did a search on Google and the last post, on any board that I could find, is November 10 2007. Nothing more current than that.

All I'm saying is give him a chance before everyone drags him through the mud. I guarantee thats what anyone would ask for if they were in his shoes. I really don't think he was out to steal $200 from anyone.

note post 17 here.....one of the moderators checked his profile.....he was on the board today......lurking....he just didnt post..........date time stamps only show for posting in most cases.....

again.....beleive we all are giving him a chance....lets see if he takes it.....would you be a little upset if you have been out the money for two months without one word.....despite numerous PMs, emails and a letter to his home.....

Agreed. Even if taken ill after cashing the check, even if he PHYSICALLY could not send the item(s) paid for------he could have had someone else process the item(s) for shipping, and he could have had someone else respond to the letter, if not he himself. $200 paid 2 months ago warrants a response, especially if he has been "lurking" on any occasion on the forum.
