I've had enough part failures - alternator, PS pump, cam actuators, etc. - that I now only buy OEM unless I'm looking for a performance upgrade.
And, if you look, you can find great deals on OEM parts. I got an OEM brake booster + master cylinder (with the reservoir and the big-ass pancake bladder) for $50 shipped, new-in-box. Which is weird since a lot of places are selling just the master cylinder for $140.
