Some of you may remember a post earlier this summer about my rolled over solstice. I bought the car rolled over, and after many headaches, busted knuckles, and issues, she's finally back on the road.
Here are a few pics of the wreck when I first got it

Can't really see the paint in the pictures. I sprayed it with a black base coat, and mica red pearl coat over the base. Looks nice when the sun hits it right.

Great job, bikerguy06! She looks wonderful!

Hey, neat stuff! Congrats on making it look better than new. You should be proud. I especially like the changed front-grill work & skirt. Best of luck on a great many motoring miles.

paid around 6k for the wreck. Thanx to schram auto parts, a GM dismantler, I had no problem obtaining most of the parts for a reasonable price. Paid about 60% the cost of a new one after all was done and said. I'm only a college student, and this was the only way I could afford a solstice.

That really was a great idea. Have you noticed any fallout in the car from the accident? Rattles, etc? Also, did someone look over your beginning wreck to assess what exactly needed to be fixed in order to prevent any future problems?
I looked over the car when it arrived and determined what needed to be replaced/repaired. Since parts were readily available, I just replaced everything that looked even slightly damaged.
I had the car back on the road, in early July. Drove it for about 200 miles without a problem. no rattles shakes, etc. Then the engine went into Limp mode (ecu or computer problem) still trying to work that out.
everything is stock, minus some intake piping. The stock auxilary airbox was cracked, so I replaced it with some 3" aluminum piping I had laying around. however car went into limp mode before that. A scan revealed some HO2S codes that popped up. All about that in this thread HELP!!!!! car still running in limp mode!!!!
