Another question if I may. How will the mesh attach to the surround?

I would definitely purchase the front grills and fog light grills the second they're available.

Grab you a hide-away license plate holder. It works just fine and doesn't attach to your grill at all.

Just received the prototypes today. Looks awesome! I won't be able to do the test fitting til later this week to verify as I'm fitting my sideskirts on my vehicle, which came out awesome too, btw. Hope to have photos of both parts on the car this weekend.

Here's the install pics:

I should have better pics tomorrow during the daylight. All in all, I'm happy that the grill actually fit. However, I'm not quite as satisfied fully with the results as the grills don't fit as "perfectly" as I would hope. For some reason the inside vertical edge 'bows' out more than the bumper surface and it kinda annoys me. It comes out about 1/16th of an inch, which isn't much. But, I was hoping that the frame will have a flush fit to the fascia. My wife saw it and didn't really notice it until I pointed it out. She said that it was hardly noticeable and that I'm making a big thing out of it. BTW, I decided to just leave the foam block off instead of modifying it as it was too much trouble doing that.

Anyways, we'll see where this takes us whether I'll continue going towards manufacturing or try to refine the fit further.

Those look pretty awesome! Don't move to production until you think they're perfect, though.

That's the way they should have been built in the first place! The only weak place in the design IMO.
