Tampa Bay Roadsters held it's first run today as a club. We met at TooJays at International Mall in Tampa at 8am, ate a nice breakfast and headed out on the run. We had 9 cars for our first run, I was so glad that we had all of that support. We had a great time, stopped at Philippe Park in Clearwater, up to the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs, across the Dunedin Causeway and down along the beaches. We got some great looks from the people along the way and I would say that everyone had a great time together. We finally stopped at Scully's to eat and then Sandi and I had to leave the group. They continued on to Fort DeSoto, voted as the most beautiful beach in America twice. We will be having just Meet and Greets for the next couple of months, and then go back to running again in September. Florida can be just a bit hot to try and do too much of this in the summer.
Thanks to all of you that came and made this a great day for the start of what I'm sure will be a great club. A special thanks to Jeff Donald for setting up the run for us, it was well layed out with good maps.

Very nice! I used to live in Shore Acres in Pinellas Park. Great area!

What the hell was that yellow Charger doing following us - oh- that was my wife in my car trying to catch up to us - nevermind.
