Your commute is 10 miles round trip?

Mine is 10 steps, from the bedroom to the family room (office).

Oh, and 63,588 miles, but I started a little earlier than most, 10/15/05.

About to roll 80,000 on the Redhead, only problem at the moment is I changed the battery and can't get the battery light off - charging system is good - any ideas? Tires made it to 70,000 and battery almost to 80,000 - not bad for OEM parts. Quick update - just rolled 80,000 last week! Turns out it wasn't the battery light - it was the coolant light - reservoir was low.

Just over 54,000 miles (87,000 kms) and have had several problems. Transmission is sticking between 3rd & 4th and have to feather it through. Water pump replaced at around 50,000 miles (80,000 kms). Throttle body replaced and CAT replaced also around the same time. Car is in the shop now for thermostat investigation as coolant gauge intermittently not registering temperature. AC doesn't work while temperature not registering. Not sure if that is related.

I think we just had a water pump leak today. What'd it cost you to fix?

Almost to 62k, and haven't noticed a coolant leak, although did have to top off the reservoir.

Some GREAT news from santiago:

Dealer did the differential repair for NO CHARGE, even though slightly out of extended warranty.

That's Pontiac goodwill at work. My special salute to Pontiac:
