Have a 2007 SOL with 2.4 ,5spd standard. Just picked up a second ECM from 2007 SKY with same part number but was an automatic 2.4 litre. Put the unit in my SOL and nothing,,,turn key and push in clutch but starter will not turn over engine. Is the programming different from Standard and Automatic to make this not work or do I need this one cloned with the same info in it to match my SOL ECM for it to bind or mate with the car? Just don't know if this unit is pooched or needs the right programming??? How do ya tell if its pooched or what am I doing wrong?? Unplug one,,plug the other in,,, figured it would be as simple as that.

You can not just put this ECM an expect your car to work, you have to have that ECM reprogram to your car.
