All,

I plan on keeping a list of the Solstice GM (only) part numbers, so as you post the numbers and parts descriptions I will update this initial post.

This list should be important so others can take advantage of saving with on-line purchasing of these items.

i printed out instructions for : (1) lifting
(2) wheel alignment - "special instructions and special tool required"
- i just hope i can keep track of stuff like that too -
no doubt we'll all need a lift and alignment eventually ------ hopefully in the DISTANT future
that would be a good list too..lol.......

I have a list of all GM Solstice Part numbers (including those "mystery hood rubbers", parts wt colour variation, and who is the supplier) for the 2006 model. It just doesn't include after market parts.

But I can't post them becauses its a rather big file (and also another possible issue).

part # 12586646 part 02 sensor this is the one you find on the exhaust from the cat back cost $ 55.12. Started putting in my new exhaust. The 02 sensor threads were shot

Rear Fascia part# changed. It is now... 15789266 7831-Panel $207.00.
The other number (89025065 - 7831 Fascia) as listed for the rear Fascia is the really the rear bumper. $252.00. Make sense?

Just thought of something.....
Even though creating a list of part numbers provides some benefits.... its could also be futile.

For those who work at one of the plants, you might know what I mean. GM changes part numbers on a consistant basis. Sometimes each year, sometimes several times a year depending on the part. A list generated here will help, but how relavent will the information be in say a few months from now.

Don't mean to be negative about it... just thought you all should know before massing allot of time on it.
