Did you find out anything on a billet BOV cover?

I've got a "new" (we'll see when it gets here) turbo coming that I picked up for $200,should be tomorrow/thursday and I'll just turn and ship it to you the same day.

This is an update.
Bryan from PCMForless is not able to do the tune with the Upgraded Turbo Wheel.
The weather is not cooperating with him so is impossible to get the car to the Dyno.
That said the Turbo Upgraded Wheel is now going to Phoenix and GM Roadster sometime this week.
However the car to put it on is not available until the later part of this month.
I am hoping we can have some reviews before the end of the year.

I can certainly make them. The cover has some complex machining though. They wont be less than $60.

The block off plates are ready to be setup and run, and will be $30.

Rob i'll send you the first ones!

Hey BTF, I haven't really kept up with this thread, any chance you can update the first post as to where it's at right now?

stuff like:
How much extra flow is the new wheel worth
assuming no 255kpa limit what kind of boost numbers
expected RWHP
how many RPM's can we rev too and still be efficient?

Thanks bro

Another update,
Bryan is keeping the Turbo Upgrade for now.
Martin could not do a Dyno until January.
Let's hope the weather in PA will get better and Bryan can get this done and post some numbers.

Supposed to dump on us man. Heck I dare not take the GXP out of our garage. It would be a one way trip down the driveway. (long steep hill)

So to replace the turbo, do you take off the fender? I got side swiped the day before Thanksgiving. They are fixing my car next month and the fender is getting replaced. I figured it might be a good time to get in there.

No, no body panel removal required.

Heatshields must come off. exhaust has to be lowered in the front. Cat must come out.
Intake piping, hotside soft elbow, oil feed and cooling lines and then you can remove the turbo from the car.

An accomplished mechanic will do this in about 3 hours the first time.
A novice will take all day, but should be capable.

I'm wondering how well this would ride on the GM tune I have.
