I love it when these News publications do this stuff...
Was looking at how the Sol got such a low Safety number, when we know how well it protects it's passengers...

Based on our analysis of major published reviews, ratings & test drives.

So all they're doing is pilfering data from all the other reviewers, probably 75% of whom are pilfering their data from the 3 people who actually tested the Sol hands on.

Ah, still doesn't explain how we didn't get a 10 on exterior appearance

The numbers do not make sense. The Solstice and the Sky got different Reliability and Performance numbers when they are basically the same car.

B-S rankings, they used the NA version for performance. There isn't any reviews under reliablility, who did they get it from. My GXP has been completely reliable.

Funny, besides the Sky and maybe the 350Z, I wouldn't be caught dead driving any of the other cars

What a bunch of horse manure. What good is a ranking when not every car is ranked. Where's the vette? I'm sorry but I draw the line at calling a Mazda 3 a sportscar even if it's the Mazdaspeed version. You can drop a Corvette engine in an HHR and I still wouldn't consider it a sports car. It's akin to dropping a Hemi in a Sebring and Voila, instant sportscar. I don't think so.

to the people who publish this Shi ite.

Automatic, AC, Leather Seating, 6 CD Changer, Monsoon sound, XM radio, Sport Metallic Pedals, did I mention Automatic.

Since my better half doesn't drive stick ... tis better to get an automatic GXP than no GXP at all.

Contact them and tell them what you think, there's a link on the page. They don't even sit in a car before passing along bad information and misleading people, nevermind having a competent reviewer test drive one. That's downright irresponsible. They are totally uninvested in the accuracy of any information that they pass on. Talk about an instant loss of credibility, Wow!

It is obvious that they have a Miata and support Mazda.

Interesting that we beat our sister (Sky Kappa) in performance, exterior, and overall rating. She beat us in interior, and reliability. We only tied in safety. Reliability wasn't even close: 5. to 6.5! So who says it's the same car?? I do agree that ours is the better looking car (9.1 to 8.5) but I wonder about the accuracy of the other ratings.
