Just a thought!

When these lovebirds tie the knot, the event should include as many
SOLSTICES as possible to help celebrate.

Afterwards, we can TRY to keep up with the happy couple as they
make their getaway.

Oh well, just thinking

I guess great minds think alike because a while back Sol_man contacted MomsSol and tried to work out us getting married at the KC meet...He came up with some very interesting ideas like Having a "Judge" in the wedding party. It was just so soon I couldn't work out the plans with my family and I really didn't want to take away from the First ever "Sol" national meeting. Again to everyone; I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the Congrats and warm wishes. I feel very blessed to have so many wonderful people who share our love for the Solstice as our friends. It's magical how a car can bring all of us together.

I just accidently posted this under Sol_man name (hope this isn't our first fight!!!)

If you didn't argue over the difference in waiting times, I doubt that this will be a big deal.

Congrats, this is cool, maybe inevitible, but cool

Solsticegal & Sol_man - you both know that I would have done whatever I could have to *make it happen* for the both of you if your plans could have worked out! Some how, some way! Can't wait to meet you both!

We both know and appreciate all of your effort!!!! I guess I must admit that I really wanted it to happen.....I can't think of any other place and with any other guests that would make our wedding so special because it was with help from this forum and from all of you that brought us together. I am having some problems with my daughter excepting this since her dad passed away only 20 months ago. She is not ready to accept that I should have a life with anyone but her dad. She is 24 and he meant the world to the both of us. I understand how she feels because I lost my dad when I was 17. We decided that she might warm up to the idea if we gave it a little time. I not only love my "Sol_man" but I also love my daughter. Hoping one day I can have both! Again thank you MomsSol!!! I am really looking forward to meeting you and everyone else!!!! Counting the days!!!!
solsticegal aka "the Sol-Bride-to-Be" hoping for very soon!!!!

we didn't meet until we had our cars for a couple of months and by that time who cares how long the wait was it was over and we were too busy enjoying the cars to remember the "agony of the wait"
