Poor customer service = No More

I'm really beginning to think that there is no longer customer service out there. I've had to loose money and/or basically wait around for things I have paid for... and wait a LONG time. I'm also getting tired of dealing with big business as well (like local cable providers, dishtv, etc.

I can't believe the way people will do work for you, like they absolutely don't give a hoot.

I don't know if you have all seen what Best Buy did to my car when installing my head unit.

JVC KD-NX5000 In Dash Features - Video

All that empty space looks to have been knocked out by a screwdriver and a hammer. Yay.

I've ordered other items for my car and haven't even gotten it yet (been over 2 months).
And 8 months ago it took 2 months to get overlays. The vendor kept blowing smoke up my rear there too.

Non-solstice related? Well, I ordered HD from Dish TV... they come and install it and then tell me they don't even have the HD cable for the device they are giving me. I call them up and tell them to send one and they will not because one was in the box. They don't even believe me when I say the installer didn't have any.

My previous landlord has made up his mind to keep over 2grand in deposits without reason.

Our local electric company incorrectly entered my CC# when I asked them to set electric up in my new place. 2 weeks later the power goes off while I'm eating my dinner. There was a guy outside shutting off my power! I called them and they said it was because I gave them the wrong CC#. They didn't give a hoot that it wasn't my fault so they charged me what was due in electricity, 150 dollar reconnect fee and 300 dollars security deposit because I was a risk (because they consider their error to be a bounced check with them "bad credit card number ='s bounced check). So I asked them why I would purposefully not pay my electricity only to pay 3 times the amount the SAME day they shut it off....they didn't have an answer. So while I sat there bawling my eyes out in frustration they were charging my credit card over 450 dollars...

I can go on and on but my conclusion is.... I am not buying anything else for my Solstice. I wish everything for the Sol was sold by Solo Performance or if everyone worked like Solo.. I would never complain about a thing if they taught everyone else to do business.
As for dealing with big business. I guess that's to be expected and learn to take it up the bottom....

Just needed to vent! thanks

The other day I went to KFC and they were out of chicken.

I look at the world a bit differently than most people. A lot of times people hope for this or that. They look for miraculous things like winning the lottery, or getting a premonition if a plane will crash.
I tend to look for small, diminutive things. The little miracles that are most times overlooked. Like going to the coke machine, hitting the button, and getting a coke... before you put your dollar in.
Or when you get home on a cloudy day and it starts raining just as you walk through the door.

I'm sure all that dosn't help fix the problems you've already had,, but at least it's something different to think about before the next one pops up.

Keep the faith for sure, for only by experiencing such lows are we truly able to appreciate the highs when they come

If anyone knows me they know I am a very positive person who does anything for anyone. This has come back to bite me I think.
It seems like the jerks out there have better luck then I do sometimes.

It's just been a powerfully downtrodden by people I've done business with lately. It's disappointing and makes it harder and harder to want to do anything unless ya have to...
(just makes ya want to scream sometimes).

Thanks for the words though guys. Hopefully my "fed up" phase will pass!
