well, i was always the guy in the cowboy hat that was studying physics. People would say i must be an agriculture major but a few that knew otherwise would say, "no that is physicsman." I liked the sound of it and it stuck.

What is an MX-5?
Tis a name I chose for myself upon joining the 240sxforums. The handle I had previously used for years just didn't seem to cut it for me at that point. Being that I was into the 240 because of (*gasp* dare I say it here? do any of these old folks really know what I'm talking about? some of the Pontiac following might know...hint, hint: GTO) drifting, and as interested as I am in all of Japanese culture I chose a name for myself based on what little Japanese (I think I might have actually) known at the time.
Dori-san is the name I came up with, and can pretty much be translated as "Mr. Drift."
I don't know IF it will happen, but I'd like to be one of the first people to attempt drifting the Solstice. I must be honest though, as much as I like drifting I have never done any real drifting. Mainly a donut here and there and then slipping the back out around a corner or two when it rains... mostly powersliding. It's funny though, because as much as I wanted to drift and all, I've just found myself falling in love with how FR handles even while grip driving. Lots of switching between my car and my girlfriends Focus over the last year and I've vowed to myself that I will never buy a FWD car again. I absolutely love the neutral handling of FR cars, it's the reason I'm getting a Solstice.

Anyways..."concreteguy" has to do with my job in the concrete industry...sometimes I get to interact with the people who build the roads on which I hope to one day drive a Solstice of my own...hence my selected avatar.

Nice to see some 'dog' people on here! I'd hoped my first road trip in my Sol would be to take one of my girls to Ohio in Nov-it'll be a one dog at a time car, if any at all!

critterman is a handle I have had for years because I used to do animated critters for people who posted trip reports on a travel board. Hello my name is John and I am a Solholic.

You're breaking down Rosey. I seem to remember a post about Scottie free car or something like that. C'mon give the pooches a ride!
Name used on the Latitudes and Attitudes board when I had plans of sailing off into the sunset. Boat's still tied to the dock 'cuz I'm still tied to my job.

And now you'll never be able to go unless you find a way to get the Sol on the boat
