I have a PDF from the plaint of Solstice/SKY Body Adjustment and I don't know how to pul it into a thread. It has a lot of good body adjustment someone might need.
Go to "manage attachments" in a post creation and your membership level may allow pdf upload. Size is a factor, 1.95 mb might be the limit. If they are larger they will have to be hosted elsewhere and linked, just like photos.
