Posting attachments

What do I have to do to be able to post attachments?
Promise to keep under a reasonable size?
Was trying to contribute some useful info files, but couldn't.
Any help appreciated.

Only Supporting members can post pics as attachments, everyone needs to up load to an online photo repository, ie, photobucket, then post the url to the jpg or gif. Warning, putfile moves photos, so today's path to a photo may not work tomorrow. Another good site is sticko.com
