Giz, I imagine on putfile you can see the full size image, correct?

If so, when you see the full size pic, right click it, choose properties, and look for the web address there, sweep it, copy it, and then use that between the image tags.... you're very close!

mine doesn't have the thumb before the .jpg

Answer, using an image editor, learn to "crop" and "resize" - pretty basic stuff for image editors. Use the image editors you have, or the ones I listed above.
