I see your trying to post an image... you link is not right however,

You need the exact http link for just the image, which is generally different than the web page that pic is on. To get the direct link, just right click on the pick. It should have the http address of the pic, and it generally will end with the extension of .jpg

them put that whole address between the [img] tages you have here and it should work.

that link you're using is to the pufile page, you need the image, right click the image, copy it's address, you'll get this

put it between the image tags and you get this
