The couch is a good idea! I was thinking of that as well. There was something else I wanted to add to the list, but I'm can't remember what it was. Oh well...I'll think of it.

Did I mention I'm either getting a key or a code to the house for access to the party room at any time? It was a joking comment, but he did say he would stock my favorite beverage for when I come over. OK, that has to be a good thing, right?? He's gotta be interested.

Well, I'm gonna lay low for now. I'll put his party room together, but I'm not pushing anything else.

Perhaps a *cough* indoor swing set? Begin pragmatic, something like a stereo or washer/dryer set to mask any noises originating from the couch or pool table? I'm sorry, but your entire post can just be perverted so easily; it's so very difficult to be serious.

At any rate, be glad his father likes you. I just got back from an annual event at the synagogue and ran into the mother and husband of the girl my parents wanted me to marry. That was rather awkward. Looks like I'm on her mother's crap list since I don't see them much and haven't achieved my full potential yet. Her son is adorable, though, he has a very similar face to hers and the same curly hair she had when we were in preschool 25 years ago. For some reason I didn't see her... strange.

Oh the swing set idea is good!!! I likey! He somehow came across a big screen tv, entertainment center, and stereo, so those don't have to come out of my budget.

Your mother wanted you to marry someone you've known since preschool?!? Now that's kinda cute!

Is this guy Italian? It sounds like this stuff just happened to fall off a truck in front of him.

Yes, my mother did think she was a good match for me, but she was not as bad as my grandmother on the issue. In preschool I had a different girlfriend, though, daughter of the state senator, who, at 4 years old, was a man-eater. She was not such a good match and gave me cooties on repeated occasions. You have to understand that my teacher in kindergarten wrote me up several times for not staying within the lines, be it coloring, writing, running, riding the hot-wheel trikes we had, or whatever else. I still can't do that, and there is just no way I was going to marry someone because it was expected.

I don't believe he's Italian. I think he's raiding the storage unit full of stuff his dad still has from when he sold his condo in Chicago!!

Update...I had dinner with him Thursday night, then we went out and played darts afterwards. Had a great time!! Now watch...it'll be my luck he's surfing for info about me out on the internet and finds out I'm posting about him!!!

I hate when I get cooties!!! But I thought boys had cooties and not girls??
