No .... members have never been able to delete a thread. You can delete a post, but never a thread.

my bad I meant a post, I am missing something some where you could go to edit and than hit delete message I think that was how it went
I was wanting to remove Valentine Day wedding

Easiest way to get that assistance is hit the "Report a post" button in the thread...or check to see which Moderator is online and send them a PM. Not that I would know from experience...
