Velcro, L bracket, saddle/holster, top pins

Small velcro piece moves and creates squeak or rattle when top is down:
Rattle, Squeak [small velcro piece moved when top is closed]

Might need to push top back a bit to seat pins in L bracket:
Could this be a possible Squeek cure??? [folded top, pins, L bracket in trunk]
