The Heritage Edition was to be an option on the planned 2010 Pontiac Solstice. It was to be available on all 4 model/body styles in either Hypnotic (a new blue color) or Pure. It was to offer contrasting stripes and on the Roadster models, it was to include a Blue Cloth Convertible Top.
With 2010 production now cancelled, it will never be.
The car on display at MECCA III was a 2010 VIN designated Pre-Production build Coupe. It is property of GM, and at this time, based on a post here on site, GM is unsure of it's future. Wilmington assembled about 30 vehicles with 2010 VINs in a mix of models and equipment. There would probably be less than 10 built with the Heritage Edition package, or parts of it.
It is not available for retail sale, and may never be available for retail sale. But if it is, there are a few that are watching for it already.

Al Serra dealership in Grand Blanc, MI. has four coupes. Red, White(NA's), a Black GXP and a Brazen (not sure what Brazen is since it is in showroom). Not certain if they are all automatics or what since I haven't checked that out. Also don't know if they are trying to charge a premium.

Very common for the Coupe, based on posts in threads and PM traffic.
Think the reductions in US production has effected the overall transportation chain. Everything has been arriving slowly for a while
Looking at event codes and their lack of change, there could be a group of assembled Coupes that didn't get shipped when Wilmington shut down.

Mr. DRM,
Due to the high demand on these cars and the fact that they are the last new model that Pontiac made and only about 1000 were produced, they are being sold over MSRP Price, so the price I have to offer you would be $37,695. If this vehicle would still be of interest to you, please feel free to contact me and we could set up an appointment for you to view and possibly test drive the vehicle. I look forward to working with you,
Needless to say, I'm not interested.
I'm sure I posted this in another thread...sorry for the duplicate and intrusion.

As of last week, all of the ones at Valley Pontiac in Auburn, WA were $10k over MSRP. That's just disgusting...
I went another 20 min down the road and got one at Gilchrist pontiac for MSRP, but all 3 of theirs are sold (last I heard)

SD, maybe you can help me... I have a deposit down on a Cool Coupe that, as of JUN 1st, is at event code: 3400. I don't see the car listed in your thread. Communication with the dealer has been slow coming. The Pontiac brand manager is supposed to be in the office tomorrow afternoon...
I have the "OrderWORKBENCH" sheet from Jun 1st, is there any chance you could check the status of this car? Specific number off the sheet that you need?
Needless to say, I'm impatiently waiting and I don't want to be stuck waiting for something that isn't going to be built when I could be going after something else on your list! I'm in socal.
Thanks!
BTW, yes that is JUNE 1st.

The cars listed in this thread are cars that have been built (as described in the original post).
So your order would not show.
There are several hundred Coupe orders showing in the system at event codes from #3000 to #3400. The plant will be reopenning later this month to complete the 2009 production run.
There is no way one dealership can check up on another dealership's orders, so will have to rely on your dealership for information.
The reason that information is slow in coming from your dealership is that communication is virtually non-existant between GM/Pontiac and the dealerships as to what is happening.
Hang in there.
On the bright side, there is a good chance that the incentives available when your car is built will be better than they would have been the beginning of June.
