Congratulations, well what do you know, it finally happened. Hope it's perfect, I know it'll be all you hoped for. Now lets get wheels under everyone else that's waiting. We will not be satisfied till the last one's delivered!

Steve: You can always get turkey at a drive thru window somewhere, burn some hi-test, the cranberry will keep!

Vote for Rodeo, a tire gauge in every glovebox! (I've got mine)

I drove so much today that I never took pics I only put about 60 miles on the car ... but they were all in the city and I behaved ALMOST all of the day. I will give anyone a BIG salute if you can behave for all 500 of your first miles.

BTW: 3 miles off of the truck, 9 miles after the test run, 60 miles after my littles test ride.

If you ask me this is the hardest part about owning a GXP ... 50 more to go and I have not nailed it or broke 80 ... but it is really, really HARD!

Guess I was not TOO bad today I went to pass a car on the Interstate and went from 55 to close to 80 in no time. I have not nailed it yet, but it gets up quickly without pushing her. I cannot wait until Sunday, because I will be past 500 and on some GA back roads. The weather was nice today and the top was down for about 90% of the miles. Went shopping late in the day and had to raise the roof for the "stuff" to fit.

Yes I so know what you mean about being close to 80 without even nailing it Rained here all day today and I can tell you that I did not even have a drip inside and the GXP handles so much better in the wet then the N/A ... night and day!

Geez, I took ONE day off from the Forum yesterday, and MSG_McKee sneaks in with his GXP.

A big congratulations, Steve! We have been there next to you since last year when you were still playing in the sand-box. Wow, how time flies!

Couldn't have happened to a nicer more deserving guy, so obviously this is a real Happy Thanksgiving for you. Enjoy tomorrow with your family and your new toy. I don't know what you can do for Christmas to top this, maybe some mods, eh?

Thanks for the kind words and future mods are already in my head. My wife agreed the rear fascia needs to be painted like LVs and maybe some performance parts too (CAI, ECM, etc). The easy stuff is going on this weekend ie Lil' Chromies and stubby antenna. I also have Robert making me a cool WR that I think everyone will like.
