I've already made a few posts, I figured I ought to introduce myself here.
Last month, I bought a '07 GXP conv with 13k miles, auto, SLY, A/C, with the GMPP upgrade already installed, Monsoon sound system, ultra-shield (clear bra) all around, chrome wheels. I would have preferred a stick but this car was so nice, the color I wanted, the price was great... I couldn't pass it up!
My previous car was a SRT-4 so I have some experience with turbo-charged cars and performance modifications. It had Mopar Stage II, dropped on Mopar Stage I springs, Typhoon CAI, Maddog STS, Greddy Turbo-Timer, and more performance mods. It was both quick and fast. I loved that car and rue the day I drove it into a tree! I really miss the power and the exhaust note. I gotta' get me a bigger turbo and SOLO street/race exhaust!
Here are two dealer pics of the new car and a couple of the SRT4 (pre-wreck and post-wreck.) The damage on the SRT-4 doesn't look bad but the front clip went into the intercooler that went into the transmission that went into the block that went into the firewall. Totaled it. What a shame!
