I had to cast my vote on the electronics issue, as I did have a problem with the power windows - a simple loose wire, re-attached in about 30 minutes. No other problems of a defect nature! (knocking on wood - well, WITH wood, but close enough for an emoticon!)

Nothing yet, but...

Only have 1200 miles on her but some items bother me. Trunk isn't aligned properly with the top down. Sits up about 1/8 inch on drivers side only.
I'm also getting an electrical smell now and then, hope it's not a Fiero!!
Overall I'm happy

4,000+ miles - no issues...

Nothing to report thank goodness. Those of you that wish the power were better, pay the $444 to get the ECM tune done by Vector. It solves that problem IMHO. Maybe GM will release the base model in '07 with a better ECM tune to address this complaint.

Still Smiling

about 4000 miles,

absolutely no problems, and drive the crap out of it whenever I can.
Including a long track day on a road course.

LOVE IT

7000 miles and Pinion seal, window switch only problems....dealer installed CAI/CATBack and lighter. Tires rotated at 6K oil change. Delivered 12/15/05...been rained on twice since then and no leaks...wipers have never been used. No sagging on the cloth seats at all. Lots of chips on facia and one small hood chip/dent... dirt road livin'. Top's down most every day to and from work...love those AZ "winters"...about 200 times and there's no issues with mechanism. Interior looks brand new as I never use anything except water to clean. All in all a great first year car.... just my $.02

I've only had the rear pinion seal leak problem. That happened around 3500 miles. The dealer fixed it and no problems since. I hope it stays that way. I have now put 5600 miles on her and that's everyday to and from work driving. I love every minute of driving, but this is also my first sportscar and my first convertable so I'm still too blindly in love to notice any other problems.

coolant system problems

My dealer called me to have my solstice checked to see if coolant is leaking into the transmission. The service manager said some transmissions had to be replaced that were damaged. Has anyone else been contacted ?

If you have an issue pop up after you have voted...

If something has changed since you have voted we can't change your
vote(s), so just report your new issue and write a few lines here about how it was corrected. Thanks.

Link to Sky Quality Poll

Here is a link to the same poll on the Sky site that was used here. I wish I had known more about the wheel rub issue I would have included on this poll. Did / Do we have many owners here with that issue?
