If there was a National organization I think I would be best served by a Solstice specific one since that's what I have. Will that keep me from running with other car enthusiasts??? No way. Welcome one and all. Is something in the works???

There is a National Organization out there now, GM Roadster has been serving local clubs since 2006. We support all Solstice & Sky Clubs alike, we do have one chapter that is specific to only the Saturn Sky’s but that was there choice and we support them just the same. GMR currently has 28 chapters across North America and Canada and we are forming about two new chapters every month!
Here are a few of the Support tools we are offering our existing Chapters:
1) Fully Dynamic web Site hosted and administered by GMR
2) Full Color Club Business Cards
3) Discounts from our Supporting Vendors (Coming Soon)
4) Access to our Wholesale printing (Decals, car Magnets, T-Shirts, Ect)
5) Discounts on Regional and National Club Events
6) Membership ID Card (Primary & Spouse)
7) Subscription to the Roads & Roadsters Magazine (Coming in 2008)
8) Membership car Decal
9) Access via RSS feeds to regional & national Club News
10) Club E-mail Address’s
11) Online Community Building.
And much more!
If you’re interested in forming a Solstice and/or Sky Club in your city please contact us.

I've been to two of them! Kansas City and Nashville!
That's the National that I recognize!
Here's my 11 list -
#1 Who has contributed the most money to charities?
#2 Who organized the first National meet?
#3 Who's meet had the most Solo systems installed?
#4 Who's meet produced a 4 day Bondurant driver training trip - as a give-away?
#5 Who's meets have had more than 100 cars at each event?
#6 Who had the first logo'd tee shirts for their meet?
#7 Which meets had the best drawings for swag?
#8 Which National got Pontiac executives to attend?
#9 Who's National got 100+ cars on an Oval track in 100 degrees?
#10 Which National had the Red Bull, Rhys Millin Solstice on display?
#11 Which National had the best looking and most intelligent attendees?
IF THAT'S NOT ORGANIZATION - I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!
Anybody want to add to this list? Come on!

Yes…We had a few of our club members attend the “Solstice Nationals” this year and they said that the organizers of those events did a great Job!
Tony Williams is working hard on his national event being held in Las Vegas in April of 2008. I hope every one gives him the support for his event! The Regional Event we had in Las Vegas last June was a Blast!

OK, I'm a Sky owner, so I probably shouldn't vote, but ......
Most things going on with our cars are the same across the platform, and neither group is large enough to be as effective as the two groups are together.
I would actually like to see the forums combined too.

Been one of the founding members of this Forum, I felt and still do that the forum should have never split in 2. Yes the cars on the outside are different but for the most part is the same car. I think if this would have been done the Kappa platform would be a bit more united. Just park the 2 cars side by side and they are both beautiful roadsters.
Also as a united front it would make the National meet much bigger, even to include our European and Asian brand.

I agree that Tony is going to do a great job with the Event in Las Vegas, matter of fact I was the #2 person to submit my registration.
But what does the Vegas event have to do with GM Roadster?
I'm responding regarding your post about a National Organization!
There is nothing I see in this Poll that is negative toward Sky's either. It's a straight up question regarding a Nat. Org. for a CAR or a PLATFORM!
What would you like to see?
- Solstice
- Solstice/Sky
- Sky

Well, all I know is that MASC/MASSC never joined GM Roadster nor did we submit an event design (Lighthouse Run) as our official logo. Yet, my email is listed as the contact person on your website.
The inclusion of our club gives the appearance that we are affiliated with this organization, and unless I'm waaay out of the loop, we're not.
My emails weren't answered to my satisfaction and I'd like to know what it all means. Then maybe I can stop
