I have appointments today to drive two Skys not at the same time of course and 3 Solstices in the rain while BABY's Mom looks at commute replacement.

We get Black Ice here in the winter and sometimes it snows really, really big with 10 foot drifts like in 1980.

Is there a type of undercoating you all would recommend? application methods? Put it on at all? I live in CT and might have to use the Sol for a commuter. Got a Tracker as back up for now, but don't know how long I'll keep it. What other things should I consider for snow driving? What rims do you use for your snow tires? The chrome ones would be stored. Stock steel rims or is there something better? Thanks for the help

Yep, drove it all this winter in some of the worst Midwest weather in years. Car did well in 1-3" of snow, but poorly on icy roads with the stock allweather Eagles. Only one ditch ditch, thankfully.

Also in heated garage when parked, and washed after almost EVERY drive in the slush, ice and mud, to prevent the rust and buildup.

But the heater and AC DO work fantastically for those of us with brutal winters AND summers.
