will it fit an 07 base? Do you have any idea what it would take to have it installed & the car tuned?

Thanks for your time.

I know 08,09 LNF for sure, but I don't want to tell you wrong, I don't know.
If you're not turbo'd now you'd also need the turbo manifold or an aftermarket one like this from DN performance:

DN PERFORMANCE

Or the factory one that looks like this:

That's not my manifold, it's just a pic of one I saw for sale.

At that price you'd never loose money, in fact there's room for profit.
They'll only be worth more as time goes by.

That one from DN Performance...good luck getting one. I inquired about one over a year ago, called the numbers, emailed them and never got a single response.

Truth be told, my experience with stainless tube mani's are bittersweet.
Yeah the right design will give a little more flow, and they usually look pretty good/bling initially, but I have a stainless tube style on a car I race, that I'd have to pull and have re-welded twice a racing season just to keep going! A log style made of Sched. 10 stainless although a little less efficient, will hold up way better. And If I can get a cast iron mani instead, that's what I actually prefer. I can't speak to the durability of these GM cast stainless mani's, or the cast stainless turbine housings either. I know a lot of the guys don't even realize that the turbine housings on these factory installed Borg Warner units are cast stainless! Or how rare something like that is.

Where are you getting these turbo's?.
This is the second time you post selling these units at a very very low price, well below wholesale.

When GM did the bankruptcy thing and also deciding against Pontiac as a viable line for example, they sold off "spare" parts in "lots" to the public. This seemingly in spite of some of the parts being universal to other vehicles in their other lines, like in the case of these particular LNF engine components. A friend of mine called me, said he had a turbo he doesn't know about, would I look at it since he's seen my turbo applications on normally aspirated engines, and see if I could help him mate it to a 2 liter honda he races.
Once I saw this, I asked how he got it, and only then heard/learned about the GM "lot/s" sell off. He doesn't know LNF, he knows Honda's, he knows more pressure is more power, and he knows shiney when he see's it lol.
When given a choice of payment for my services (as water/meth injection advisor, turbo tutor, and nos wiring guide), naturally I got a couple of these. It's that simple, there's no salacious fraud involved here. I'm able to pass my good fortune onto fellow LNF owners, and do so in good faith as indicated by not gouging. Another almost as bazar phenomena to me is, and I say almost, because I know most car people are really what a lot of us "hands on" guys think of as "plug and play". Yes, they know their car stats, but don't know for example, what that 260 hp BW turbo actually looks like, because after all it's under a heat shield!
If you put two new turbos on a table, most people probably wouldn't know which was theirs, but I and others on the forum do. Point being, it's not just luck when you actually make a "find" like this one, knowing what you're looking at is key. Do I have a pallet of these? No, I wish I did, I'd love to be requesting retailer status on this forum. Heck, even the Dealer's don't have even one of these on the shelves, not cost effective in this economy, they have to order one and then wait a month. So today I'm that "lucky guy" you know, "got the great deal". Next week I go back to just being the "Yeah I called the guy in florida was parting one out, but I was too late, he said it's gone now" guy. We've all been that guy huh.

I've got it up on ebay (see 2 posts ago) and it's at $370 right now, so I'm going to have to decline your offer, but thanks!
